Minister McCallum said Ottawa has eliminated the notorious “4in4out” rule that forced migrant workers to leave Canada after four years of their work .“In many ways, the four-year rule put a great deal of uncertainty and instability on both temporary workers and employers. We had the sense that it was an unnecessary burden on applicants and employers, and also on officers who process applications,” Immigration Minister John McCallum said in a news release posted late Tuesday. But IRCC website search still bring previous rule in its search result. May be IRCC need more time to update their website. But it comes up in news release btw.
